Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on June 17 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 137 "An Act extending the                                                                              
         termination date of the Alaska Seismic Hazards                                                                         
         Safety Commission; and providing for an effective
